Career Summary:

John Kleinegger joined Ketchikan Public Utilities in June 1986 as the Water Division Manager. Prior to joining KPU, Mr. Kleinegger was employed by the Ketchikan Pulp Company (KPC) for twenty-three years. During that period, he held a series of increasingly responsible managerial positions within KPC’s Ward Cove operations culminating as the Maintenance Superintendent for the entire facility. His experience includes project management, maintenance, construction, and operations within the fields of water resources and engineering.
