Formerly known as City Float, Casey Moran Harbor was built in 2007. It is located west of the center of town near the tunnel. There is reserved moorage for 14 boats with a maximum length of 20 feet. Open areas of moorage comprise 1,280 linear feet, for boats up to 90 feet in length.

Other amenities include:

• 20-30 amp electricity available at currant rates per foot per pay.
• Pump-out station, waste oil tank, garbage dumpsters, telephones, marine supplies,
• U.S. Customs office, shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions in immediate vicinity.
• Local bus service and taxis.
