Parking

Parking within the City limits of Ketchikan is a premium commodity. There are several public parking lots in and near the downtown area for which parking permits may be purchased at the City of Ketchikan Office Services Division at 334 Front Street, Ketchikan, AK. The cost of a daily permit is $5, a monthly permit is $30 and a yearly permit is $300. Parking citations carry a fine of $20 and if not paid within 30 days, a $15 penalty will be assessed. The citation will be sent to collections if not paid within an additional 30 days.
